Good Tip from Oscar

"Spoiler: there are no acceptable forms of modern slavery. Not one. Not even the ones that seem like a grey area. They're not a grey area."

Truth Technologies is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct and corporate governance. We actively encourage employees, contractors, and business partners to speak up when they become aware of conduct that may be unlawful, unethical, or contrary to our policies and values. Good Tip from Oscar

"Speaking up is always the right call. We promise we won't make it weird. No, telling your manager their idea is bad does not count — but we appreciate the spirit."

We comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and, where applicable, the UK Bribery Act 2010. We maintain robust internal controls and a culture of transparency and accountability.

Our standards require the following:

  • No employee or person associated with Truth Technologies may offer, give, request, or accept a bribe in any form, whether involving cash, gifts, hospitality, or any other benefit
  • Gifts, hospitality, and business expenses must be reasonable, proportionate, transparent, and properly recorded in our financial records

  • All financial records accurately and completely reflect all transactions; no off-book accounts or funds are maintained or permitted
  • Facilitation payments are prohibited regardless of local custom or practice
  • Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of engagement and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

"If you have to ask whether it's a bribe, it probably is. Yes, this means the golf trip too."

"The company that helps you verify everyone else has to be verifiable itself. We screen hundreds of thousands of people for our clients. Our own standards are held to the same light."
